Insurance
We do not take or bill insurance directly as we require payment for services up front, but we can provide a "superbill," simply by asking. A superbill does not constitute a bill for the patient to pay; rather, it's a comprehensive receipt of services rendered, designed for insurance purposes. It contains all the information a health insurance company needs to process a claim. Superbills are particularly relevant for patients seeking reimbursement through PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) or POS (Point of Service) insurance plans, or for those with health savings accounts (HSAs) or flexible spending accounts (FSAs).
Informed Consent
Rest assured, before any treatment begins, we will cover everything with you up front and provide it to you in writing. We will not take your money nor provide a treatment without your consent!
